Introduction	I'm 47 years old, 5'4" tall, live in Seattle, Washington, am single, mom to a cute cat named Lillypad and work as a legal litigation secretary in a thriving law firm. Other than pursing my personal fitness goals, I LOVE encouraging others with their goals and watching their transformations in body, mind and spirit. I enjoy hiking, snow skiing, training for athletic events such as The Big Climb and a new one this year - the Warrior Dash. Spending time with my brothers' families who live nearby is a joy in my life. I have a wonderful family! Feeding myself spiritually is #1 and all these things provide me with complete fitness.
