| Introduction | Hello my name is Ajinder Kaur I am a woman and all that the meaning of the word encompasses; mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. I am a Kundalini yoga teacher who loves to practice breathing and meditation and encourages everyone to do the same. I enjoy many things but amongst favorites are reading and writing.
