| Introduction | Hi... I started this blog as a forum to discuss global health issues, though I have to admit that local issues interest me too. So you may see a "glocal" mix on my blog. After all, anyone who has seen the movie Contagion will know that global issues can become local issues in the wink of an eye. About me: I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Korea, a staff member of Catholic Relief Services in the Philippines and Indonesia, and I worked on education and health issues across Asia at the Asian Development Bank. I live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA and I am a student in a Masters Program at the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Public Health.
