About me

Introduction	I was born in Fresno, CA. Shortly after moved to Madison, WI and finally ended up here in Austin, TX. I am going to ACC to get my AA in Management then transferring to Texas State and get my BA in Hospitality/Event Planning and Wedding Planning with a minor in Spanish. I am a torn person when it comes to my political views. I am socially liberal, however, economically republican. I am taking this class because it is a requirment for my major. I am interested in learning about government because I am not well informed about our government or politics. I was old enough to vote in our last presidential election, nevertheless, I did not. I am angry at myself for not voting because I felt that I did not know enough about the candidates or the issues they stood for. I never want to be put in that position again, of not knowing all the information and missing out on a opportunity I receive as a U.S. citizen.
