Introduction	1978 was a busy year for me. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, was recruited by the Arthur Andersen Consulting Division and completed my Texas CPA exam. At Arthur Andersen I worked on several large systems development projects. I was promoted to manager in my third year. I left the Big 8 in 1983 to join Watkins, Mesh, Meade as the managing partner for consulting services. My relationship with ABS began with my selection of the package to install for one of our distribution clients. In 1985 I left public accounting to start my own company, Frantz Information Systems. I have been working with ABS ever since, building a nationwide base of diversified clients. My wife Aileen and I are the parents or two grown boys and grandparents of three perfect little angels.
