| Introduction | I love to cook healthy vegan meals for my family. As a mom and military spouse, nothing gives me greater satisfaction than to know that I'm nourishing my family in the most compassionate and healthful way possible. I'm setting a great example for my daughter and helping the environment in the process. These are the things that are most important to me and my family. I love trying new recipes all the time and I love to cook for family, friends, and co-workers, and my daughter's school whenever possible. I like to lead by example and show others the supreme health benefits and environmental impact that a 100% plant-based diet can make, as well as open their minds and hearts to delicious vegan cuisine. |
