Introduction I have studied art abroad in Dublin at Ballyfermot S.C. and locally at Haliburton School of the Arts. I have also studied at the Dundas Valley School of Art and McMaster University. I have a BA in Culture and the Arts from Nipissing University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Expressive Arts from Sir Sandford Fleming. My stone sculptures are usually stylized figures in a variety of stone such as Alabaster, Haliburton Dolomite, Carrara Marble, and Indiana Limestone. Cirvan has been working with wood for over 20 years. He completed the Craftsman Program at Rosewood School of Fine Woodworking. Cirvan has won awards for his fine designs. His style has evolved over the years from rustic to very fine. Besides fine furniture, Cirvan is highly skilled at building custom windows and doors which he did for the S.S.
