Introduction	Curry Flavors is the brain-child of Anita Varma, an ethnographer by profession and traveling spouse by design. She brings to Curry Flavors, insights from years of anthropological research as well as the richness of life experiences gleaned from her travels around the world. On a professional front, her stints with companies like Nielsen and TNS taught her the fine-art of harvesting insights to cross-cultural behavior. As a food journalist for ‘Feed at Raffles’, Singapore, she came in contact with some of the top Michelin-Starred cooks of the world. Wife to a Ship’s Captain, she sailed the oceans of the world. It was in the galleys of huge ocean tankers, that the chefs taught her tricks to keep a hungry crew happy. Curry Flavors is the culmination of this wanderlust. Enriched with cultural insights, spiced with culinary secrets and peppered with life’s priceless moments, it is an opportunity to bond and ultimately share the spirit of commensality.
