| Introduction | My name is Courtney Pool, and I have been studying natural health, cleansing, and holistic nutrition and have been eating raw vegan foods for over 7 years. I have juice feasted and fasted for over 155 days, including a consecutive 60 day Juice Feast. For 5 years I worked with Gabriel Cousens, M.D. at Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center teaching nutrition classes and working in marketing. I believe plant-source food is a catalyst for human potential in every area, and as fuel for living a truly turned-on life. I also write, speak and coach on healing emotional eating and eating disorders, incorporating nutrition and spiritual practices as supports. |
