Introduction Joanne Edelmann writes articles about living, single parenting, and dating (as an over fifty-year-old) in the East Village of New York City. She was a modern dancer for over twenty-five years, touring and teaching extensively in the United States. She currently teaches and directs in an Acting Conservatory in Manhattan. Her recent writing projects; a novel based on the wisdom and joy of allowing the love of your life slip away and a series of articles about being a Squatter on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
