| Introduction | I'm a stay at home mom of 2 that has found herself in a rut. Like most moms and wives my main existence has revolved around taking care of everyone except myself. And after the resent birth of our second child I found myself in a HUGE rut. Where did the joy in life go? Where has my motivation for anything go? Where did these extra 50lbs come from?!? Then it hit me. I'm not going to be doing an ounce of good to anyone if I don't work on myself. So, here I am. I have no real plan in place, but I am hoping that with determination to fix this wounded soul inside of me that a plan will unfold. Let the journey begin... |
