| Introduction | The learning never stops. My movement/bodywork adventure began at a yoga ashram in Western Massachusetts in 1985. I studied both yoga and massage. I formalized my bodywork education by studying at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. My focus? Swedish Massage, Polarilty, Shiatzu and Movement. Post graduate work included Tragerwork, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage, Tok Sen Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Tuina Acupressure Massage, and most recently Zero Balancing. And then there's movement. Being interested in Taoist philosophy and practices I began studying Taoist TaiJi and then Taoist Qigong. I study with Nick Loffree, Alex Hui, Mimi Kuo Deemer, Jeffrey Chand, John Munro and, and, and. I am a certified Qigong Teacher. I practice primarily Taoist Qigong. And by practice, I mean practice. Because, the learning never stops. |
