Introduction	Keeping privacy on the internet these days is a challenge, but I prefer it that way and so list as little as possible about me. My blogs are not just about me, but hopefully plugged into the whole of what is happening in our world and perhaps in the hearts and spirits of many others. I like to write and play folk music. I play piano, guitar and love to share it as a modality for healing. My politics are progressive, but always open to honest conversation.
Interests	Music: piano, guitar, voice. Friendship: growing and maintaining a wonderful garden of friends. Cooking. Gardening. Stewardship of the earth. Recycling and re-purposing things. Story Telling. Using music to heal.
