Introduction	My passion for painting continues after over 25 years of painting professionally. Portraits have been my main focus, but I also enjoy painting plein air and studio landscapes, equestrian subjects, and still lives. Art history is also a study I enjoy. The artists of the past inspire and instruct me. As many before me have said, the greatest teacher is nature. Whenever I can, I enjoy being in the natural world, painting from life.
