When I was 14 years old, St. Paul's Had a Township of about 2500 people. The last count I saw a few years ago, still had the township about 2600 people when we moved away. I was 14 years old. My mother called St. Paul's. The anus channel of the world. Mama said St. Paul's was the state of North Carolina's breeder of drunkards and head lice. At that time, she was probably right, but the little town has cleaned itself up, and now is a blessing to the state. I attended school at the old Mill School for three years; two years at the uptown school, as we called it at the time. After that, we moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, and I managed to muddle through the next two years until the seventh grade. Beyond that, all of my education was acquired at the kitchen table, and that's a fact. At the age of 16, I joined the Army after that was over. There isn't much to tell. Why does the color blue mean raspberry-flavored? (I don’t know) I am trying to find an old friend of mine, 60 years ago, her name was Takahashi, Hisako known to her friends as Shorty.
