| Introduction | I’m 34, a mother of 2, a wife and overweight. Since March 09 I have been trying to lose weight, be healthier in all aspects of my life and just find ME again. Loseing weight was waylaid by getting pregnant with my second child. But now I'm working on getting back on track. With 2 kids in my life i have even more reason to get healthier, not just for my families sake, but for mine too. |
