I love the Keys and I know the Keys-I bought property here in 1984 and moved here because I love Key West. I am a Registered Nurse, University of South Florida, Class of '82. I practiced nursing locally until 1990 until I decided taking care of houses, rather than people, was my true calling. I took a construction course in Maine in 1990 since I wanted to be hands on with my own Real Estate investments. I have renovated and built houses in Historic Old Town Key West since 1990. I know what to look for in a house, whether it is the location, the quality of the building, or what it takes to make you, the homeowner or investor, happy. |
