Introduction	R.Q Kidd is a student of life and an advocate for social justice. While his heart is with the LGBT community he realizes that to end one oppression is to work on ending all systems of oppression. Here is his view on the world, how he interacts with it and what get's him fired up, and as he feels, should get others fired up too. At 21 years old he has moved from his rural town in southern Ohio to the big city of Chicago and back again. He spent two months traveling to faith based colleges and universities to advocate for LGBT rights on those campuses. Now he is focusing his time and effort on empowering, energizing and firing up a new generation of LGBT people, specifically LGBT youth. In his own words "When I came out over 7 years ago at age 14 I was told that it was up to me to carry on the legacy of my community and continue the fight for our rights.
