For your birthday, your aunt gave you a maple syrup dispenser shaped like a rooster. Please write her a thank-you note:
Dearest Aunt, Thank you for the maple syrup dispenser. I know I had said it was utterly useless, but believe me if I knew then what I know now, I would take that comment back(although to my defense I did not know you were still in the room). Anywho the dispenser now serves it purpose bringing all the stray cats to my kitchen window, which comes in handy on Chinese food night. XOXOX C
