| Introduction | Only a few years into this new way of eating, I've learned a LOT...but there's always more to learn! It's a process like any other; take it one day at a time. And, I'm here, this exact place in time with this little blog, because I have family who also finds the living to be much better without gluten. There is no age discernment with it. I'm here because I want to help them make every day a little easier! For me, too! So, here we are, searching for ways to satisfy cravings for REAL food, food that doesn't hate us. And THAT, RIGHT THERE, is what this whole thing is about: continuing the quest for flavors I love in food that loves loves me back! THAT is my mission! LET'S EAT!!! |
