| Introduction | My blog title comes from something a facilitator of a training class once said to me. He looked at my personality grid and proclaimed 'you're a number hungry people person. We don't see too many of you.' I'm a self-proclaimed numbers geek. I love statistics and facts. I sometimes laugh when I realize how many sentences I begin with 'I read a study that found....' I have a Masters in Economics (with a focus on Econometrics) and am in the perfect role to ask lots of questions and use data to find the answers. (If you're interested, I work for a disease management company.) I love to read and learn new information. Recent favorite books include: Freakonomics, The Wisdom of Crowds, Games Strategies & Managers, The Fattening of America and MicroTrends. Presently I am reading Predictably Irrational. My other interests include running, theatre and watching college basketball! |
