Introduction | Central Scotland Racial Equality Council is a voluntary organisation founded in 1984 to challenge discrimination and promote equality of opportunity and good race relations. We cover the Clacks, Falkirk and Stirling Council areas. Our work covers a number of areas: Casework - advocacy, legal representation and anti-harassment work Community Development - Work aimed to bring people together and to build support for minority ethnic groups Education - Work in Primary and Secondary Schools to broaden horizons Interpreting & Translating - Helping people to access services and ensuring people are renumerated for their work Based at the Community Education Centre in Park Street, Falkirk, we employ four full-time staff members and two part-timers. |
