Introduction	I am a 30 year old mom of 4 great kids ages 9,6,5,and 9 months I have a great husband who treats me like a queen and we have been married for 2 years come this November but we have been together for almost 10years :) I am off work right now for a year on materinty leave and I am enjoying every day of it. I am on my new weight loss journey with the Dr. Poon plan. I am making this blog to share my experiences on the Dr. Poon Diet from the start to skinny LOL
