| Introduction | I am a person who is working towards something new. I have been in the restaurant industry for the past 11 years and I am ready to move on. Instead of selling people foods that are not what you would call healthy and good for you, I would like to be able to educate people on healthy lifestyles. Helping them find what works best for their life. So now I am a student working my way to new goals and trying to make sure I practice what I preach.
