| Introduction | In 2009, Walk to Remember was conceived by PLP in Rwanda to empower youth to take action against genocide. Walk to Remember is dedicated to remembering victims of genocide and to empowering and engaging communities worldwide to take a stand against the divisive ideology that can lead to genocide. Organizing partners include, As We Forgive Rwanda Initiative and Aegis Students. Walk to Remember 2011 activities will take place throughout the EAC as well as the India, DR Congo, UK and USA. |
