Introduction	I am a simple mid-western girl with a heart for Jesus that is continually captivated by the work of His hands in all of creation and in the hearts of my fellow man. I have been writing poetry for many years that often comes out in the form of a prayer and have most recently discovered the joy of capturing bits of beauty through the click of a digital camera. I have been married to the love of my life, David, for more than 25 years and we have two twenty-something children. Our son Andy and daughter Alissa are both sweet, intelligent, funny, and the biggest blessings in my life! I hope to share with you in this space, not just my thoughts, poems, and pictures that I take, but pray that something posted here will inspire and turn thoughts toward eternity. As beautiful as this place can be, it is not our true home. Deep inside the beating of every human heart is the longing for more… for what we were truly made for… and that can only be found in the Maker Himself.
