Introduction	I am retired AND severely gluten-sensitive. I retired July 31, 2009 after almost 30 years in Information Technology. - After discovering that I cannot eat anything containing wheat-gluten in 2006, I discovered new ways to make meals. Baking has always been enjoyable to me, so I have really enjoyed converting or creating new gluten free goodies. Although there are many gluten free substitutes available today than were available years ago, I have to avoid them because of all of the preservatives in some of the replacements
Favorite Movies	I prefer westerns. Ones that I really like are Bad Girls, The Quick and the Dead and Classics; Gone with the Wind and Color Purple
Favorite Music	Classical, especially Italian tenors
