Introduction	Im Rasmus from Denmark. I am 21 years old and I am currently working as head-sommelier at the restaurant and winebar "Le Sommelier" in Copenhagen. Administrating our 1600 bottle wine list which is among the two largests in Denmark. I will be writing about the higher middleclass wines. I think there is SO much name hyping going on in today´s world of wine, and my goal is to slay the over-hyped companies, and find the smaller, cheaper and often way more interesting wines and wineries!
