Introduction Spare Parts Bistro is not a restaurant in the typical sense, it is a concept rather than a physical location. As Santa Barbara’s longest running supper club, we serve meals in some very unique and cool spaces around town for a small group of people every Sunday night. Spare Parts is a collaboration between two like-minded and creative individuals, Chef Weston Richards and Restaurateur Alvaro Rojas. Every week Chef Richards scours the Farmer’s Market and the Santa Barbara harbor in an effort to bring you the very best that Santa Barbara has to offer. With an ever changing seasonal menu, intimate setting, and carefully crafted experience, Spare Parts Bistro promises to be the most unique and delicious dinner you can find in Santa Barbara!
