| Introduction | I define myself as being a "hard" polytheist. That is to say, I believe in Gods. I do not believe in the one Abrahamic monotheistic God. Nor do I believe in the New Age/Wiccan Godhead with myriad archetypal faces that we recognize as the great Gods and heroes from human history. In my experience, the Gods are separate, distinct individuals with their own personalities, values, and agendas. They are all equally divine and equally important to the course of human development. |
