Introduction	When you get made redundant twice in a year, sometimes you just have to take the plunge. So I did. And here I am. With a tearoom and cakes. And lovely customers who come in and chat and eat. Some of them bring me presents of lovely old crockery. They share recipes with me. So if life chucks you lemons, trust me.
