| Introduction | Susan and I are high school math teachers (it’s kind of our shared superpower), residing in Southeastern Virginia. We’ve been married for close to 30 years and have four children ranging from 18 to 28. Since we are about to be empty-nesters, and we are no longer running kiddos around to soccer games and playdates, we have some new found freedom. As part of this, we have found a new/old love for cycling. In our spare time, we try to discover and explore the most beautiful cycling rides we can find. We found that there was a lack of information out there about not only where to ride in Central and Southeast Virginia, but the nuts and bolts about said rides. This blog is meant to help other intermediate cyclists find and enjoy some of our favorite rides, and to share some of the gear that we found works best for us. |
