| Introduction | During many years of teaching and learning, I've demonstrated against the Vietnam and Iraq Wars, worked as a marine archaeologist in Cyprus, Israel, Greece and California, published STONE ANCHORS IN ANTIQUITY, written two unpublished novels, and managed to maintain my pair=bond to the same woman for almost 40 years. Almost 30 years spent teaching middle school students has had a neotenic impact on this consciousness, however shambolic. Extensive travels in Germany, Italy, Greece, Israel, India, Mexico and the backcountry east of Eden [Santa Barbara, CA] have expanded micro-awareness into macro-consciousness, creating this cazmaniac awareness called Dan McCaslin. |
