| Introduction | I'm a 40-year-old who leaves husband and children behind at home this summer to take on the Swedish coast in a kayak. I've had thoughts about "Havspaddlarnas blue band" since I first read about it in the mid 90s. The years have a tendency to just pass by and a lot of things have come between me and HBB. Only now the conditions felt right, family gave me an ok and work approved a three month leave. Have been kayaking quite a bit before but have no goal to finnish this in as few days as possible, but rather enjoy the ride along the coast. |
