The Aims of SNIP: To control, protect and assist the stray and feral cat population of Islington and surrounding areas by: Neutering free-living cats and returning ferals to their sites; Homing tame stray cats and all young kittens born to free-living cats; Providing veterinary treatment to any free-living cat which needs it; Encouraging respect and tolerance of free-living cats through education and advice; Promoting responsible pet ownership, and in particular the neutering of domestic cats, thereby reducing the number of unwanted animals. |
