Introduction	Carol Warkoczewski, RA, MSOLE, is the Founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP), Owner of Synergy Builders, and CEO of Construction Information Solutions (C-I-Solutions). Her thirty years of total industry experience includes over twenty years as an executive and project manager in the private sector and for the University of Texas System, and over eight years as a professional consultant, facilitator, and trainer. Ms. Warkoczewski’s work is focused on companies and organizations in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry, with a focus on higher education, healthcare, and governmental sector capital projects. Additionally, Carol creatively facilitates strategic planning workshops and other types of planning and organizational change and development assessments, consulting, and sessions. Ms. Warkoczewski is also an accomplished speaker and presenter, with audiences ranging from twelve to over 200 people.
