| Introduction | Jesus Christ is my treasure and my hope. I don't have much to offer, except what Christ has given me.
I am just your average human being, trying to live a life of constantly seeking a deeper relationship with my Creator. I am far from where God created me to be, dwelling with Himself in the Garden of Eden. But through Jesus I strive to be as close to Him as I can. I often fall short. This is my nature. And God forgives all of my shortcomings as I lay them at His feet and ask for His forgiveness. This is me. Desiring God. |

I don't remember what it looked like because my eyes were filled with tears. After I spilled the milk, my mom slapped me across the face. I was a little girl then. My mother is a sweet woman with a gentle spirit.
