Introduction	This is Alok Chandra, an IIM Lucknow post-graduate in Finance, Marketing and Operations. I am currently working as an AERS consultant with Deloitte Touche and Tomatshu and based out of Gurgaon. Prior to my post graduation, I graduated in Computer Science from IIT Guwahati and worked with Adobe Systems India, Noida for close to three years. My world has changed considerably after my post-graduation with me becoming more acceptable to the realities around than the idealistic view I always loved to have. I am increasing getting passionate as a problem solver and in India problems one finds in plenty. Just intend to sensitize people that for most of the problems, the real perpetrators and sufferers are we. As MK Gandhi said, be the change you want to see in this world. I will add just a sentence to it - Change does not happen in a day so persist with it.
