Introduction	Hi, my name is Diane. I'm an American (born in the Chicago area) married to a Belgian, and now living in Paris. In 2005 I decided to make a big career change when we moved to Paris....I left the petrochemicals/water treatment world and went back to school (Ecole Ferrandi). This time to follow a passion - the art of french cuisine. Since then I've been consumed in it and loving every minute! I've now set up my own business in Paris which enables me to work as a private chef. I offer chef services at client's homes, at our apartment, or at Paris addresses. I also offer cooking lessons and will sell my favorite things (macarons, bagels, terrine de foie gras, etc, etc). I custom-tailor my services - it's more personal that way and hopefully, more enjoyable for everyone!
