Introduction	A stay-at-home Mum (SAHM) for three years, I didn't have to step into the kitchen as my mother-in-law was tasked the duty of cooking for the family. I only baked or cooked for "fun" occassionally. I only started cooking recently as my mother-in-law is not able to come over to our place to help out anymore. Not wanting to eat food bought from outside everyday, especially for little J's sake, I decided that it's time for me to get serious about cooking. For someone who has not stepped into the market for more than 20 times all these years, I'm learning every single day; from identifying the different types of vegetables to choosing a suitable part of a meat for different dishes. The cooking process is also a challenge and I have Let's Get Wokking! and Noob Cook to thank for sharing their wonderful recipes and making cooking seem so easy! I hope that one day, I will be able to share my own reicpes here instead of simply going online to search for recipes each time I'm planning for the menu. And so,my adventures in the kitchen starts........
