Did you know the definion of Occupational still is: 'of or relating to the career for which you are trained'? Less than one in ten Americans know what OTs do, is that more than knew about it in the last 100 years? Can the profession survive another 1000 or even 100 years under the name Occupational Therapy? Maybe. But can it thrive under a more understandable and marketable title?
