IntroductionHello I'm Belinda welcome to my recipe blog. I live in Sydney, Australia and I'm a personal chef specialising in organic nourishing home-cooked meals foods for all kinds of busy people and families. I have been eating an organic wholefood based diet for 13 years and have been cooking for almost 9 years. I'm a mother and love to cook for my clients and family I'm incredibly passionate about local grown produce and grass fed meats and dairy. We shop at the local organic farmers market on weekends and grow some of our food at home. I come from a family of passionate foodies and some of my family were butchers and fishermen. I have been working in hospitality for 20 years and have also studied nutrition and food at uni and college. This is my food blog I don't subscribe to any strict food dogma and use simple traditional whole foods as the basis of my cooking, where possible I soak grains and flour and sometimes try grain free and gluten free recipes. I also teach cooking and my favourite students are my daughters.
