| Introduction | Gerville Rene Larsen is a 6th generation Crucian and obtained in 1989 a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Cornell University. Gerville is the Principal & Owner of TALLER LARJAS, LLC architecture & design situated in Christiansted, St. Croix. It houses his architectural firm as well as his art studio and an innovative fine art gallery. Throughout his career, he has received honors and awards in the fields of art and architecture. Gerville is a U.S.V.I. Registered Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Beyond his creative talents, Gerville has extensive experience in V.I. Government development and regulatory agencies through his past employment. Gerville believes in giving back to his community and has several pursuits, including his strong desire to preserve the unique natural and built environments of the Territory. On a national scale, Gerville is presently a National Trust Advisor for the National Trust for Historic Preservation based in Washington, DC. Gerville is also a member of the St. Croix Historic Preservation Committee. |
