| Introduction | A post a day whilst I progress through my weight loss and life changing journey with a well known meal replacement plan. I'm 5ft8 (1.72m) and weighed in at a shocking 16st8lbs on Saturday 13th October 2012. My aim is satisfaction with the way I look and the way I feel about my body, or the magical 11st I think I should be. So that's just 5st8lbs to lose then and a mental make over required. |
