About me

Introduction I am a mother of two precious kiddos, married to the sweetest man I've ever met. I have been every weight on the scale from slender to obese. I am a health food snob who has had moments of insanity with the least healthy "foods" on the planet.  I'm working on that.  I like to be fit and capable of doing more than lounging on a sofa, so I head to the gym for regular weight lifting and cardio classes. I actually enjoy them! I have run a few road races, and have plans to run my first half marathon in a couple of months. I don't think I'll make long distance races a habit, but Baby 1 has taken a liking to running, so as a family, we have a regular schedule of 5k's planned.  I love our kitties. They self-clean.  I love my bed; I'm a sleep diva.  I read. A lot.  One of my greatest aspirations is to eat well consistently, and maintain the same weight-a healthy one- for years rather than days.
