| Introduction | I started this blog in the hopes of getting information on cooking. I started cooking a year after my son was born. My wife works, so I had to make something for my son to eat. Well, making macaroni and cheese was easy enough; but as he grew, I needed to learn to cook more stuff. With the help from my wife, she taught me to cook some dishes. As I got better at it, I wanted to learn more. That and I started to watch a lot of cooking shows like Hell’s Kitchen and Top Chef. So, I started experimenting with my cooking. I would look up recipes on the internet and try them. Well, I’ve gotten quite good, and I found it’s very enjoyable. Now I’m still experimenting using my family as guinea pigs. So, I hope to get some feedback from fellow cookers on recipes I’m trying to refine. Thanks to everyone in advance for the help. |
