Introduction	I'm an island girl who left the islands 20+ years ago but I'm slowly making my way back. I'm back on the west coast after living in the South and the Northeast. I quite enjoy living int the Pacific Northwest with my husband of 18 years and my two teenage kids. I've been a runner for 30+ years and still going.
