| Introduction | Much of my artwork is an investigation of the line and its expression — the unique marks a writing implement can make through repetition and pattern, or an exploration of the line within a structural field that provides order to dynamic mark making. I have studied both formally and informally in Philadelphia, New York, Japan, and Switzerland, and currently reside in Washington, DC where I have my own home studio.
