Introduction	True to my Libra nature, it's all about balance. At any given time I'm swinging somewhere between inner-city high school teacher/ writer, devoted wife and mother/ independent woman, clutterbomb/ perfectionist organizer, healthy eater/ chocolate fiend. Pick your dichotomy. Generally, though, I love my family (even when they leave a trail of dirty socks through the house), my job (even when I despair that my students aren't listening to a word I say), my state (even when it's overrun with clueless tourists who can't drive), and my life (even when I can't figure it out). Plus, I have a husband with great taste and two terrific kids. Who's complaining?
Interests	Reading, writing, arguing. And chocolate.
