Introduction	I love to cook almost as much as I love to read cookbooks and restaurant menus. I moved (or, more accurately "was moved") to Manila two years ago and have since then been trying to adjust to the mediocre food and a tiny and terribly oven. But there is a silver lining to every cloud. . .I have a housekeeper who does my dishes when I'm done cooking.
